Marcos Vázquez es el autor del popular blog Fitness Revolucionario, galardonado con múltiples premios por su labor divulgadora en materia de salud. Es también creador de Radio Fitness Revolucionario, uno de los podcasts de salud y fitness de habla hispana más escuchados y donde entrevista a grandes expertos en salud, neurociencia, entrenamiento, nutrición, biología o genética, entre otros muchos temas. Es docente en diferentes instituciones de formación en salud y participa como ponente en múltiples congresos y eventos.
Ha publicado varios libros entre los que destaca Fitness revolucionario (Ed. Oberon, 2018; Invicto (Salud salvaje,2020) y Saludable Mente (Grijalbo,2021).
