Kisaragi Gunma is not only a talented manga artist, but an adult comics icon whose works are known throughout the world. He is known for classic works such as Giri-Giri Sisters, Mai Favorite and his 2006 award winning series Love Selection. His ability to convey emotion as well as his attention to detail has influenced many artists including that of Amano Ameno. His works have also been published in popular adult comic anthologies such as X-EROS, SIGMA, Hot Milk, and Megastore. His love triangle hit Welcome to Tokoharu Apartments was also published by FAKKU in 2016.
