American naval hero and Confederate secret agent James Dunwoody Bulloch was widely considered the Confederacy's most dangerous man in Europe. Walter E. Wilson, a retired Navy Captain and former head of U.S. Naval Intelligence operations in Europe, has authored numerous articles and reviews. Gary L. McKay is an associate professor at Georgia Southern University and is the director of research and development for AIG London.
