Jotunheimen translates to the home of the giants. And it's accurate - it's the park in Norway with most of Norway's peaks over 2,000 meters. It has alpine peaks, deep lakes, wildflowers, snowfields, and everything in between. It's Norway's most popular national park, with good reason.
One of the joys of Jotunheimen is that there's actually hiking for every level. You can choose easier hikes that go along the side of a lake or an excursion to the top of Norway's highest peak. And the hikes go in between serviced cabins that provide comfortable beds and three course dinners.
