Kelvin's Big Adventure Map is based on the life story of professional football player Kelvin Beachum and details how his career on the field opened up opportunities to travel the world, explore new cultures, and find ways to give back.
Kelvin, his wife, and three children are visiting the family farm in the small Texas town of Mexia, when Kelvin discovers a magical map that transports him to far-flung corners of the world. Kelvin plays cricket in India, digs a well in Zambia, and visits an art show in Hong Kong. He makes new friends and learns about their cultures and customs, and after his adventures are complete, Kelvin uses his magical map to return home to his family.
Kelvin's Big Adventure Map is a story about trying new things and keeping an open mind, while always remembering your roots. Kelvin's story demonstrates the importance of asking questions, and the joys of living a multi-dimensional life and refusing to be defined as just one thing.
