This is a book that teaches on how to mentor and be mentored. It is outlined in such a way that it can be used even as a textbook for mentoring. There are people in Christendom that demonstrate the character and the ways of the Lord and when we see such people, we are immediately drawn to them. They demonstrate faithfulness, integrity, honesty, love, compassion, mercy, etc. We admire them and observe the way they conduct themselves or the intelligence that they display and we want to walk up to them to compliment them. Some of us want to approach them because we want to learn from them the things that we have noticed and admired in them. This is called "mentoring" in Christendom and "coaching" in the workplace. Some people never summon the courage to approach such people while some have approached the people and they enjoyed a very rewarding and fulfilling mentoring relationship. There are also those who have been disappointed by the response that they received or the reaction of the person they approached.
