Alix E. Harrow es historiadora y una de las nuevas voces revelación de la novela fantástica. Actualmente vive en Kentucky con su marido y sus hijos. Autora de Las diez mil puertas de Enero (Roca, 2020) ganó el Premio Hugo por su relato Las guías de la bruja: vías de escape. Compendio práctico de portales a mundos de fantasía, y ha sido nominada en numerosas ocasiones al Nebula, al Locus, y a los World Fantasy Awards. Ha sido galardonada con el British Fantasy Award por Las brujas del ayer y del mañana.
