Lead By Design - A 30-Day Leadership Journey is designed for motivated leaders who recognize the importance of self-reflection. As someone in leadership or someone who is contemplating stepping into a leadership role, it is important to reflect on how you want to show up.
As we get busier in our careers and continue to move up through our organizations, we need to ensure that we are showing up as our true authentic selves. For example, can you clearly articulate your top 4 core values? If so, are you leading in a way that aligns with your core values?

On my leadership journey, I have developed a consistent practice of self-reflection. I haven't always been like that, but have seen tremendous personal and professional growth since I began to be more intentional with this practice.
