Her articles have appeared in publications such as the Psychotherapy Networker magazine and Social Work Today. Margaret Wehrenberg, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist with fifty years of experience in the mental health field. She's the author of thirteen books, including the bestselling 10 Best-Ever Anxiety Management Techniques. In addition to her private psychotherapy practice, she trained mental health professionals across the United States and internationally over the past thirty years for many continuing education providers.
