Author Biography
Vicki James is a project professional with extensive experience in project management and business analysis over the past 20 years in both the public and private sectors as a consultant and on staff. She is passionate about learning and sharing best practices in these fields of endeavor. This learning has resulted in multiple certifications in project management, business analysis, and Agile. She has coauthored Strategies for Project Sponsorship (Berrett-Koehler Publishers 2013) and contributed to The Complete Project Manager (Berrett-Koehler Publishers 2012), by Randall Englund and Alfonso Bucero, and to Going It Alone: Essential Tips for the Independent Consultant, by Karl Wiegers.
