Author Biography
Kourtney Jason is a writer, editor, publicist, and pop-culture connoisseur. During her four and a half years of college, she made the dean's list, wrote for her school newspaper, joined clubs, memorized weekly drink specials around town, and maybe did a keg stand or two. In addition to earning her bachelor's degree in news-editorial journalism, Kourtney also earned a degree in how to hold her liquor, thanks to the dozen-plus bars within walking distance of the California State University, Chico campus. Since graduating in 2007, she has moved to NYC twice, authored four books, traveled to Europe three times, and married the love of her life in California and again in Turkey. She writes about celebrities and entertainment for Metro US, GossipGirl.com, and YourTango.com. She currently lives in Jersey City, New Jersey. Darcy Pedersen is an actress, editor and comedic writer. She graduated from certified party school California State University, Chico with a degree in theatre arts and has been involved in multiple productions throughout Northern California. She has accomplished a number of items on this bucket list and if you give her the right amount of whiskey, she'll tell you which ones. She currently lives in Northern California.
Amanda Lanzone is an award-winning illustrator from New York. Her illustrations have appeared in the New York Times, Popular Mechanics, The New Yorker, Adweek, Cosmopolitan, and more.
