Lily the ladybug is bubbling with joy after a rainy day in the labyrinth and can't wait to show her friends her special compass. But-oh no!-it's gone! Big feelings swirl, and Lily starts to panic. With help from Oliver and the gang, she learns to pause, take deep breaths, and use her five senses to stay calm and think clearly. As they retrace her steps, the friends cheer each other on. At last, Lily finds her compass and the power to slow down, notice her body, and make wise choices, even when things feel tough.
This lesson supports students in building self-awareness and self-management skills as they explore the five senses-sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste-through fun, hands-on activities.
