Spring is here, with a drizzle, everything in the mountains is recovering. In a corner of the mountain, under the cold and dark earth, a small bamboo shoot is quietly growing. There are only mud and rocks around, and the lonely small bamboo shoot is bored. One day, an earthworm passes by and tells her that the world outside is very beautiful. The small bamboo shoot is determined to overcome all difficulties to explore the outside world. However, there is a large stone on top of the small bamboo shoot. She asks the stone to move, but the arrogant big stone is unwilling to move for the small bamboo shoot. The small bamboo shoot does not give up, and she saves her strength and works silently. In the process of desperately growing up, she meets ants, frog, tiger and wind. They do not believe that the small bamboo shoot can move the huge stone. Zhang Lingjie, graduated from the visual communication design of Xiamen University, is currently pursuing her master's degree in illustration. She is passionate about children's picture books and children's literature, and is good at various painting materials and techniques such as oil painting, watercolor, and digital art.
