Lucy underwent a spontaneous and frightening shape-shift when aged eleven. She met her Threshold Guardian in New Zealand and then again when she returned to the UK. She then endured a terrifying death-and-rebirth ordeal that almost sent her insane. From that point she was reconstructed as a shaman and taught, among other things, to travel out of the body, taught to speak to spirits, heal the sick, and be a bridge between human and non-human. Lucy was also taught how to create and manipulate thought-forms and how to shift her consciousness into a servitor construct; more commonly known as a 'familiar'. None of this was without serious trouble as dark forces pursued Lucy and her friends, and making itself known to them through harassment by mysterious men in black and psychic attack from occult assailants. Lucy Palmer has experienced a wide range of paranormal phenomena throughout her life. In seeking it's meaning, her interest in spirituality and religion led her to Wicca and paganism which she studied for many years before embracing the shamanic meaning of her experiences.
