The front-wheel focuses on bringing balance to areas of life with a chapter dedicated to the following areas: Family and friends, fitness and health, finances, physical environment, business/career, fun and recreation, personal growth and attitude.
The book is supported by a 13-week massive action plan journal/workbook (one for every 13 weeks) and www.lylop.com. The website is a subscription forum based platform where clients can register for one of four tiers.
Level 1: Access to the forums and the support of our LYLOP Mentors, plus the option to be allocated an accountability partner. ( 9.95 a month)
