My Grandpa Pedro is a bit confused: he tries to roast the chicken inside the washing machine, he gets towels mixed up with napkins, gloves mixed up with socks, and he's always forgetting my name! My mom and uncle Andrés are worried things could get worse, so they decided it was best if Grandpa came to live at our house.
I'm glad he's with us now because he helps me with my homework and I help him with his. Although I keep getting into trouble trying to help him... But I'd do anything to stop my grandpa from forgetting things! Anything. What about you? What would you do for the people you love?

Me alegra que esté con nosotros, porque así él me ayuda con los deberes y yo lo ayudo a él con los suyos. Aunque ya me he metido en más de un lío por intentar ayudarlo... Pero haría lo que fuera para que mi abuelo no olvidara las cosas. Lo que fuera. Y vosotros, qué haríais vuestros seres queridos?
Author Biography
Marta Zafrilla, born in Murcia, Spain, in April 1982, is a teacher and an award-winning author and poet. She has published several collections of poetry in Spain and been included in multiple anthologies. Her poems and book reviews have appeared in cultural publications and she has held various jobs with advertising agencies and publishers. She also writes children's literature, being Chirpy Charlie's Teeth one of her preferred books.
Miguel Ángel Díez (Alicante, Spain, 1973) is a comic illustrator and cartoonist. A tireless worker, he worked his way into creating his own style of drawing. He always has a sheet of paper nearby, a pencil in hand. In 2007 he published his first illustrated book and that same year he won the prestigious award Premio del VII Certamen Internacional de Álbum Ilustrado Ciudad de Alicante, in Spain. Since then, Díez has participated in several important international children's illustration exhibitions.
