Autumn is world-renowned for creating her revolutionary color-coded portion control containers, the foundation of the 21 Day Fix and Ultimate Portion Fix Beachbody programs, which sold out in just weeks after launch. A dancer for more than fifteen years, Calabrese is also the star of Country Heat, a country-music-based dance workout, 21 Day Fix Extreme, The Master's Hammer & Chisel resistance training system, and 80 Day Obsession.
