Consider Christ's parables of the kingdom, His abundant feedings, His transfiguration, and His clear teaching about faith, forgiveness, humility, and cross-bearing discipleship.
Grounded in Scripture and shaped by Jeffrey A. Gibbs's Concordia Commentaryon Matthew, find historical context, theological reflection, discussion questions, practical application, prayers, and leader guides for each session. Go beyond your own strength to Jesus, whose gentle and lowly heart brings rest to the weary.
For individual reading, adult Bible classes, or small groups, this study helps Christians hear Christ's invitation afresh: "Come to Me."
