This comic book story is the first of its kind from author Linda Icenhour and illustrator Amber Icenhour Calderon. Having published primarily traditional children's books up until now, this book presented unique challenges to complete. The completion process took an estimated 10 years, with art style changes, manuscript rewrites, and other projects taking priority. This book reads similarly to a traditional Sunday comics style, reading left to right and top to bottom.
