Author Biography
Mi nombre es JUDIT SOLANS. Obediente de pequeña, rebelde de mayor. Siempre había hecho lo que tocaba hasta que, en el segundo año de universidad, mi salud física y mental empezaron a verse muy afectadas. Comencé entonces un proceso de autoconocimiento y desarrollo personal a través de formaciones y libros, que me llevaron a querer compartir mis vivencias y aprendizajes con otras personas que pudieran sentirse como yo. De ahí surgió Readulteando, una comunidad en Instagram en la que miles de personas han podido conectar con mis mensajes y reflexiones sobre las amistades, el amor, las fiestas o el trabajo.
