Cuando las mujeres tienen encima la exigencia de ser las buenas de la película, de decir a todo que sí, de ceder antes las exigencias y deseos de los demás, de sentirse las cuidadoras eternas y las mamás de todo el mundo... cuando eso lo cumplen a rajatabla porque creen que es su tarea como mujeres, terminan con el síndrome de "la cabeza estallada".
De manera simple y acertada, Alejandra Stamateas describe algunas situaciones que muchas mujeres viven, como:- Un estado de permanente resignación
- No tienen tiempo para ellas mismas.
- Creen que "todo está bajo control" si ellas actúan siempre de la misma manera.
- No saben por dónde empezar el cambio, aunque la situación en la que viven las enferma y agota.

Author Biography
Nació el 11 de setiembre de 1965. Alejandra Stamateas es, para miles de personas en toda Latinoamérica, una fuerza de inspiración para alcanzar sus metas y proyectos. Posee un título de docente a nivel primario y realizó un curso de derecho internacional sobre los derechos humanos en la Universidad de Montevideo. Estudió teología en el Seminario Internacional Teológico Bautista.
Altamente calificada, Alejandra Stamateas brinda en cada una de sus conferencias argumentos sólidos para sustentar la fe y el potencial de las personas, y da una orientación a la vida de manera productiva. Su principal objetivo es ayudar a cada mujer a descubrir y desarrollar en su interior todo el potencial único y poderoso que posee, y así vencer cualquier crisis o circunstancia que se presente en la vida._______________
Born on September 11, 1965, Alejandra Stamateas is a source of inspiration for thousands of people throughout Latin America to achieve their goals and projects. She holds a primary education teaching degree and completed a course in international law on human rights at the University of Montevideo. She studied theology at the International Baptist Theological Seminary. Highly qualified, Alejandra Stamateas provides solid arguments in each of her conferences to support faith and people's potential, and gives guidance to life in a productive way. Her main objective is to help every woman discover and develop within herself all the unique and powerful potential she possesses, and thus overcome any crisis or circumstance that arises in life.
