Living for the last 35 years in the north western outskirts of Sydney, Rena has written another book to raise awareness of the versatility and health benefits of its many uses in everyday meals, The author who was born in a Mediterranean country was brought up enjoying food from Greece, Italy, France and the Middle East and has created easy to prepare meals with readily available ingredients found at the local supermarket which fits in with today's lifestyle.
