This is the much needed mental first-aid kit designed to help you reduce stress as fast and efficiently as possible. Because as long as you are stressed, you have little to no capacity to take on additional changes in your life, and your chances of success in new endeavors are slim to none.
Volume 1 therefore provides you with copious amounts of coping techniques, which in reasonable time, will provide you with surplus mental and physical energy, for changing the situation that you hopefully will end up feeling in control over, instead of enslaved under.
Having experimented and found what works for you, and practiced for long enough that you are able to reap the benefits at will, you are ready to progress. If not, you'll only digress and regress, so please be patient for the effects to process, then you'll be ready for volume 2.
