A laugh-out-loud children's picture book about a hungry little monkey, a missing snack, and the friends who help him find it. For ages 2-6.
Mikey the Purple Monkey wakes up with a rumbling tummy and one very important question: where is my banana?
Under the blanket? No. Under the bed? No. In the living room? Under the couch? Nowhere!
With his stomach growling and panic rising, Mikey asks all his friends for help. Frank the Frog, Tom the Toucan, and Ellie the Elephant join the search. The clock is ticking, the hunger is real, and the banana is still missing.
Will Mikey find his beloved snack before his tummy gets too loud? And will he learn something about remembering where he puts his things?
Full of playful repetition, silly suspense, and laugh-out-loud moments, this interactive picture book is one children ask for again and again. The read-aloud structure invites kids to join in, guess what happens next, and laugh along with Mikey.
