The greatest challenge she will face, however, is her son's illness which forces her to face her own dark night of the soul. She returns from this journey with a new passion for healing and a fearless desire to help others faced with similar challenges.

Dr. Carolyn Coker Ross is a nationally known author, speaker, expert and pioneer in the use of Integrative Medicine for the treatment of Eating Disorders, Obesity and Addictions. Former head of the Eating Disorders Program at Sierra Tucson, Dr. Ross now consults for treatment centers around the United States. She is currently in private practice in Denver, Colorado focusing on treating eating disorders, addictions and obesity.
