ANGIE TOH IS a peak performance and transformation coach and trainer. She is also the founder of iTransform, an institute for busy executives and business owners to create sustainable changes from within.
With her strong background in business, sales and marketing, Angie's passion is to help busy professionals and business owners to succeed at their own terms and achieve major breakthroughs in their personal and professional life. Her mission in life is to facilitate and help others to gain insight into their true potential, to expand their awareness of who they could become as a person and live a purposeful and successful life. Her work is based on the concept that " For things to change, first I must change."
Change can only be created when every person take 100% responsibility of their own thoughts, emotions and actions and work on their inner world using powerful tools like coaching, neuroscience, enneagram and breathwork.
Like the iceberg, our results in life and our behaviors are visible, while feelings and thoughts are hidden below the water. Many organizations and individuals are busy changing their visible results and behaviors instead of working on the invisible part of the iceberg; the emotions and thinking.

Angie is one of the pioneer Breathworkers in Asia. Breathwork is a safe and powerful releasing technique that was developed in the early 70s to help release stress, suppressed emotions and limiting beliefs. It was through Breathwork that Angie was able to transform from a girl with low self esteem and fear of public speaking to who she is today, an international coach and speaker. Angie was featured on Channel News Asia AM Live program on 6 February 2012 sharing on the Power of the Breath.
