What would you risk to save someone you love?
Naomi Ross never imagined she'd be making moonshine. But when her mother's only hope for a life-saving operation depends on money she doesn't have, she sees no other choice. Every barrel she hauls down the river brings relief-and another step away from the future she longs for.
Cullen Downs has returned to Golden Pond a changed man. After years of regret, he's determined to rebuild his life, preach the truth, and help rid western Kentucky of the illegal whiskey trade that has devastated so many families. The last person he expects to stand in his way is the woman he's never stopped loving.
As Prohibition nears its end, loyalties are tested, old wounds reopen, and a corrupt deputy threatens everything they hold dear. Naomi and Cullen must decide whether love can survive when mercy and justice seem hopelessly opposed.
Set in the rugged hills of Depression-era Kentucky, Moonshine River is an inspiring historical romance about faith, forgiveness, sacrifice, and discovering that God's plans are greater than our own.
