Shikha Puri Arora is a rehab and movement coach. She has written articles on posture and pain-free living for the Free Press Journal, and is certified in various levels of rehab training (Australia), therapeutic yoga, Pilates and rolfing. Shikha has experience for over a decade in treating individuals with various musculoskeletal issues-- fibromyalgia, scoliosis, kyphosis, ankylosing spondylitis, arthritis, herniated and slipped discs, frozen shoulders, and knee and hip replacements. Her expertise also extends to individuals who suffer from cancer, asthma and other respiratory ailments.
