by Jennifer A. Gargiulo (Author)
Musings, Prose and Elegies of a Life Uncertain of Purpose is a literary memoir in pieces, part elegy, part confession, part homecoming. Jennifer A. Gargiulo writes about growing up adopted on Oakwood Lane in the late 1960s, the two mothers who shaped her, the marriage that cost her, the son she would do anything for, and the long, quiet work of finding herself underneath all the performing.
This is not a book about triumph. It is a book about survival, tenderness, and the particular freedom that comes from finally telling the truth. Written for anyone who has ever felt like the loudest person in a room they were quietly drowning in.
