Author Biography
Nathalie Dupree has long been one of the South's most celebrated cooking teachers. She founded Rich's Cooking School in Atlanta, Georgia, where she lives, and appeared regularly for three years on Atlanta's PM Magazine. The recipient of an advanced certificate from Le Cordon Bleu in London, she won a Tastemaker Award for her cooking of the South. Her PBS television series, New Southern Cooking with Nathalie Dupree, was launched locally in the spring of 1986 and nationwide in the fall.
