Neon Ned is a normal little boy in every way except for one thing: Ned changes colors according to how he feels. When he's sad, he turns blue, when he feels sick, he turns a bright shade of green, and so on. He's nicknamed Neon Ned by the children in the neighborhood, but Ned is a loner and wishes he could fit in with the rest of the kids.

Find out what happens to Ned in this wonderfully creative children's story!About The Author: Frances G. Dillow grew up a coal miner's daughter in Logan County, West Virginia. Reading and storytelling were her favorite pastimes. She graduated from the Institute of Children's Literature in West Redding, Connecticut, and has published two other children's books as well as several short poems and stories. Frances is retired from Marshall University School of Medicine and now devotes all her time to her three grandsons, Ethan, Logan, and Nathan, and to her writing. She has two beautiful grown daughters, Regina and Tamara. As young girls, her daughters were her inspiration for her stories, and then her three grandsons came along and tripled the inspiration. She loves children, and all children inspire her in her writing.
