Beth Buckley founded boutique publishing house benton buckley books with decades of experience and praise in luxury, exhibitionary publishing, and a life-time of loving all that which is beautiful -- and of finding beauty amongst and in all of us. She is devoted to curation, and is steadfast in her pursuit of authentic talent, untempted by the trend of the time. Beth is known for her keen eye and stunning aesthetic, and has collaborated with, and published, the best of the best in architecture, art, interior design, travel, celebrity event design, food, wine -- and has long led the industry in her efforts to sincerely discern, and share, beauty with the world.
Author of the foreword Anne Decker is nationally recognized for her Bethesda-based firm's sensitivity to scale, simplicity of form, and attention to detail. Her work has earned numerous AIA and Institute of Classical Architecture & Art awards, and often graces the pages of Elle Decor, Architectural Digest, and Dwell. Brian Mac wrote the Introduction with the architectural inspiration of LeCorbusier, FLW, Sir David Adjaye, Hans Wegner and Zaha Hadid. Brian was inducted into the New England Design Hall of Fame in 2018. His Vermont-based firm, Birdseye has garnered international praise and earned recognition from AIA, Dezeen, Archello, Architectural Record, Aspire, and Architizer.
