Author Biography
Raquel Oliva es licenciada en Psicología. Fue deportista profesional durante quince años, lleva veintiuno trabajando en la concejalía de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Telde y también ejerce de monitora deportiva especializada en suelo pélvico. Ha colaborado con deportistas y clubes profesionales de diferentes disciplinas y, en la última década, se ha dedicado a investigar cómo mejorar el suelo pélvico de mujeres y hombres junto a un equipo multidisciplinar compuesto por varios fisioterapeutas, una ginecóloga, un urólogo y una psicóloga. Es la creadora del método Mente y Suelo Pélvico.
