Author Biography
Sebastian Bates is a former personal trainer to the UAE Royal family and best-selling author. Having experienced bullying as a child, Sebastian went on to build one of the world's leading character development organisations, 'The Warrior Academy', responsible for mentoring over 10,000 children worldwide.
Menno Siebinga is a physiotherapist, author and former Escrima world champion. Being bullied as a child, and becoming a bully to himself, led to him founding Body & Brein, where he runs his own 'Superager' training, unlocking and celebrating vitality for life in people over fifty.
