Over the past 50 years, Pat McAllister has been making deals as a real estate broker. He has appraised and bought countless acres of property, franchised hotels, and created unique restaurants. He eventually branched out to other Ohio cities where he and his partners invested in improving the hospitality and dining options these towns had to offer in the way of luxurious hotels and exceptional theme restaurants.
This book follows McAllister's journey as he pursued a career in a difficult industry fraught with financial fluctuations and legal challenges. His story of success is not without sacrifice and struggle as he recovered from failure to get back on track and to ultimately "make it" to the top of this industry.
