Through her keynote talks, online coaching and podcast show, Okay, Now What?, Kate has helped more than 250,000 students and young adults build the social and emotional skills they need to become more resilient so they can better handle the unexpected in life. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Kate now lives happily in the USA with her husband, Nate, and their fur baby, Jaku.
