The young journalist Olga Lavanderos is determined to discover what is behind the crimes she investigates, to publish her findings in the newspaper La Capital. Accompanied by a four-year-old boy, who speaks Spanish like a Brazilian soccer player, and her grandfather, a fugitive for fifty years after fleeing with a boat full of oil on the day of the oil expropriation, Olga descends into the hell of Mexico City. Her unbreakable will leads her to risk her life, with the sole objective of finding the truth and getting some justice in one of the most corrupt cities on the planet.
