Then we undergo the healing process. As a child, when the scar began to heal I would always fiddle with it. This would cause pain and bleeding, which would start the healing process over. That's similar to how we are today! Whatever caused you pain, grow through your healing process. Don't return to that pain. Don't return to that brokenness. Don't return to those old habits.
