Why Land?
If you're looking for a stable, secured, long-term investment with a near limitless potential, then why not? Land is an integral part of our lives. Peoples' perception of land value may rise and fall depending on the state of the economy, but as the population continues to increase, so does the demand for this finite necessity. For those of us who were born in other countries, owning a piece of land in America also gives us a sense of pride, belonging, and a permanent stake in our chosen country.
Why then do so many people believe that owning land here in the United States is impossible? Maybe it's because they don't really understand where and how to buy land.
