Author Biography
P. D. Eastman fue autor e ilustrador de muchos libros para niños, entre ellos ¿Eres tú mi mamá?, Ve, perro. ¡Ve! y El mejor nido. Formado en la Academia Nacional de Diseño, publicó su primer libro de la colección Beginner Books, Sam and the Firefly, en 1958. Desde entonces, sus libros han vendido más de cincuenta millones de copias, y se ha convertido en uno de los autores de libros infantiles más queridos del mundo.
P. D. Eastman was an author and illustrator who created many children's books, including Are You My Mother?; Go, Dog. Go!; and The Best Nest. Trained at the National Academy of Design, he published his first Beginner Book, Sam and the Firefly, in 1958. Since then, his books have sold more than 50 million copies, and he has become one of the most beloved children's book authors in the world.
