Mozart was given a harpsichord and began playing chords by the age of three. At age five, he composed his first minuet and performed publicly at age six. The world is a better place because composers like Mozart discovered a musical instrument and unleashed their inner talents for the world to share.
This is not one of those stories.
What begins as a thrilling discovery soon turns into a disaster. The boy endures a series of humbling experiences throughout his childhood, all related to his accidental discovery of a trumpet in a closet.
