Public speaking may not be your main instrument, but that doesn't stop others from asking you to lead a meeting, pitch an idea, train a team, or take the stage. When they do, does fear decide what happens next?
Drawing on more than thirty years as a communications professional and thousands of hours speaking to audiences, Mike Roberts offers a candid and compassionate guide to becoming a more confident and capable speaker.
Please, Anything But Public Speaking delivers the mindset shifts and practical skills reluctant speakers need most. You'll learn to work with fear, quiet the impostor voice, build a message people can follow, strengthen your stage presence, and recover when things go wrong.
You don't need to become a professional speaker or sound like anyone else. You just need to stop holding yourself back. With Mike's real-world guidance and honest encouragement, you'll be ready for your next opportunity.
