Iván Hochman nació en 1994 en Buenos Aires. Es actor, director, escritor y docente. Viajó por Argentina y Latinoamérica con diferentes obras de teatro. Como dramaturgo, en 2021 ganó el concurso Nuestro Teatro, organizado por el Teatro Nacional Cervantes, donde presentó la obra Decir te amo es un atentado. En 2023, protagonizó la popular serie de Netflix El amor después del amor. Por qué te vas es su primera novela.
