Posture Ellie (Eleanor Dalton) transformed her life when she discovered joyful movement. Training as a posture therapist, she set up an online business encouraging people to tune into their bodies' natural wisdom to heal pain. Her business grew rapidly and she treats clients worldwide. Along with her posture therapy and breathwork qualifications, Ellie has a sports massage qualification - but for her, the real learning has come through her obsession with movement and working with her clients. She is pain-free and plans to stay that way!
