A former Fortune 100 Vice President turned Chief Empowerment Officer of elivate, Gia is a trauma-informed empowerment coach, speaker, and researcher who helps women who've outgrown who they haad to be, step into who they're meant to be--so they can lead with clarity, confidence, and authentic power. Through her proprietary framework, Radical Prioritization(R), Gia merges two decades of leadership experience, with neuroscience and trauma-informed methodology to help women stop overfunctioning and start leading--and living--from deep alignment.
