The Shavuot Prayer Book is the technology through which we connect with the energy available to us during Shavuot. This is when we have a chance to "buy life insurance" by connecting to the force of "removal of death." We can then live for the next four months without chaos.
Prayer of the Poor, according to the Zohar, the most important prayer - the prayer that bypasses all others and receives immediate attention from the Creator. Just as pressing numbers on a telephone connects us to another person, these prayer books contain specific codes that provide a connection to different aspects of the Light. This revised and updated edition includes English translations of the Ari's meditations, and transliterations of all the Hebrew prayers. As Rav Berg states in the introduction, "Our purpose in presenting these [Prayer Books] is so that each person can now begin to remove chaos from his or her life."
