Jonathan T. Pennington is a Professor of New Testament Interpretation at Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky (USA) and Pastor of Spiritual Formation at Sojourn East Church. He is a popular author, speaker, teacher, and preacher who teaches in various academic and pastoral contexts. Pennington holds a PhD in New Testament Studies from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, a Doctor of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a BA in History and Teaching from Northern Illinois University. Pennington hosts and co-produces the YouTube show «Cars, Coffee, Theology» and the podcast Human Flourishing.
