At Stentor Resource Centre Inc. she was instrumental in establishing the Stentor culture and processes, including the establishment of project management processes. She held line and staff management positions at Bell Canada. In Celia's line positions at Bell Canada, she directed her groups in providing technical and project management support to large business clients.\u003cbr\u003e Celia is 2002-2003 President of IEEE Communications Society and is a recent past President of IEEE Canada.
