KAREN M. ANDERSON is Associate Professor in the Political Science Department at the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands. TONI ASHTON is an Associate Professor in Health Economcs in the School of Population Health at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. KEITH G. BANTING is Professor in the School of Policy Studies and the Department of Political Studies at Queen's University, Canada and holder of the Queen's Research Chair in Public Policy. DANIEL BÉLAND is Professor of Public Policy and Sociology at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. EDWARD D. BERKOWITZ is Professor of History and Public Policy and Public Administration at George Washington University, USA. FABIO BERTOZZI is scientific collaborator at the social policy unity of the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration (IDHEAP) associated with the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. PAUL BLOMQVIST is Associate professor at the Department of Government, Uppsala University. GERARD W. BOYCHUK is the Director, Ph.D. in Global Governance, Balsillie School of International Affairs and Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science, University of Waterloo, Canada. CHRISTINA EWIG is Assistant Professor in the Departments of Gender& Women's Studies and Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA.
