Krishnamurti dedicated his entire life to conversing with human beings of all backgrounds and conditions, conveying a message as clear as it was illuminating: everyone must find for himself the root of his own freedom. He vehemently rejected the role of guru that many wanted to assign him, stating that truth is "a country without a path" alien to any religion, philosophy or sect. His talks and dialogues are collected in numerous books, many of which have been published by Kairós.
